The story is about a woman who falls into a coma after a car accident. To revive, the Death Scheduler gives her 49 days to convince three people (apart from her parents) to shedgenuine/sincere tears for her. To fulfill her mission, she enters the body of another woman.
Plot
In "49 Days," Shin Ji-Hyun (Nam Gyu-Ri) falls into a coma after a car accident. Making matters all the more tragic, her wedding was right around the corner.
Meanwhile, Song Lee-Kyung's (Lee Yo-Won) soul becomes possessed by Shin Ji-Hyun's spirit. Song Lee-Kyung then comes across Han-Kang (Jo Hyeon-Jae), who was Shin Ji-Hyun's first love.
If the three people who truly love Shin Ji-Hyun cries for her within 49 days then she will survive.
Character Description
Han Kang (Jo Hyun Jae) is Shin Ji Hyun’s childhood friend/first love. He is a loner – moody, remote and cold. He lost his parents at a young age and grew up without any familial affection. He finds himself in a complex relationship with Song Yi Kyung as herself and when she is possessed by Shin Ji Hyun’s spirit. Will Song Yi Kyung/Shin Ji Hyun be able to convince him toshed genuine tears for his childhood friend?
Song Yi Kyung (Lee Yo Won) is the woman whose body will be possessed by Shin Ji Hyun’s spirit. She has nothing to live for; she is depressed and thinking of taking her own life. How will being possessed by another person’s spirit affect her attitude towards life?
Shin Ji Hyun (Nam Gyu Ri) is the comatose woman. She is rich, happy and well-loved. She goes into coma after figuring in a car accident a week before her wedding. The Death Scheduler givesher a chance to go back to her life if she can convince three people (apart from her parents) toshed genuine tears for her within 49 days. To do this she will be allowed to possess the body of another woman. What truths will she find out about herself and the people she loves? Will she make it back to the land of the living or not?
Song Yi Soo (Jung Il Woo) is the Death Scheduler. He is responsible for guiding souls to the afterlife. He is quite impulsive. He is also honest and is very curious and interested in the world around him.
Kang Min Ho (Bae Soo Bin) is Shin Ji Hyun’s fiance. He is a graduate of Seoul National University, with an MBA from the U.S.A. He has had a tough childhood, but he faces the unfairness of Providence with his own determination and wit and achieves success, which accounts for his cold heart masked under a warm smile. Will he shed genuine tears for his fiancee, Shin Ji Hyun?
Shin Eun Jung (Seo Ji Hye) is Shin Ji Hyun’s bestfriend; she works as a secretary in Ji Hyun’s father’s company. She is smart but selfish. She is also a cultured, strong-willed career woman who uses love to achieve her desires. She personifies the new term “icy city girl”. She is ambitious and unscrupulous, and in a society with pre-defined social classes, she even betrays her best friend. Will she change to shed genuine tears for her friend in time to help her back to life?

WAJAH cantik Yoo In Na bisa Anda saksikan dalam serial The Greatest Love yang sedang tayang di Indosiar.
Dalam serial The Greatest Love, Yoo In Na menjabat sebagai pemeran pendamping wanita tama. Sebelumnya ia juga mendapat peran kecil di serial Secret Garden. Mengutip Soompi, Rabu (14/3), Yoo In Na untuk pertama kali akan menjadi pemeran utama dalam serial Queen In Hyun’s Man yang segera hadir di saluran tvN.
Yoo In Na berperan sebagai Choi Hee Jin, seorang artis yang tak pernah mendapat peran penting sejak debutnya 5 tahun silam. Suatu hari, Hee Jin bertemu dengan Kim Boong Do (Ji Hyun Woo), seorang pelajar dari dinasti Chosun yang menempuh perjalanan waktu ke tahun 2012. Keduanya pun jatuh cinta.
Sekilas kisah ini mengingatkan pada cerita film Hollywood Kate & Leopold, yang dibintangi Meg Ryan dan Hugh Jackman.
“Setelah mendapat dukungan atas peranku sebagai Kang Se Ri, aku akan kembali berperan sebagai aktris dalam Queen In Hyun’s Man. Aku sangat bersemangat dalam melakoni peran utama pertamaku ini,” ujarnya.
Queen In Hyun’s Man mulai syuting pekan depan dan rencananya tayang pertengahan April.
